Taylor Beyer, the Director of Sales and Operations at Great Canadian Exteriors, is the driving force behind the company’s change and growth. Having grown up within the Great Canadian legacy, Taylor embodies the ethos of hard work instilled by his family. His journey with the company began at the age of 13, progressing from service work alongside the service manager to leading hourly siding crews. This hands-on experience not only honed his customer interaction skills but also equipped him with the ability to manage employees and construction sites effectively. Over the years, Taylor has been instrumental in various aspects of organizational growth, leading his foremen to expand from 6 to over 60 hourly installers and 6 Sub crews to 70 crews. In the realm of sales, Taylor has overseen estimating and purchasing for the past 5 years, contributing significantly to more than tripling the company’s sales from his first year to the present day. Taylor finds it very easy to grow the organization due to his team backing up all of his promises. In the field he is confident that the his team will represent Great Canadian Exteriors well, in estimating and purchasing he can count on his staff with providing accurate orders and quotes.
Martin Ratté has spent more than 20 years in siding and exterior construction, and he came up through the field: installation, safety coordination, and senior project management. That background gives him a working knowledge of what it takes to deliver a project, from the first panel to the final walkthrough. For the past 15 years, Martin has focused on building partnerships across the industry, where he has earned a reputation for integrity, consistency, and follow-through. He speaks the language of installers, foremen, and project managers, and that credibility carries into every client relationship he manages. As Executive Business Development Manager, Martin connects client needs with the crews and systems that deliver them, keeping quality, safety, and dependable execution at the centre of the company’s growth.
